[Each 1 ml contains: Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg + Niacinamide 100 mg + D-Panthenol 50 mg + Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl) 100 mg]
Combi-L 12+ Injection is specifically formulated to address various neuronal disorders by supporting nerve repair and protection.
Mechanism of Action:
- Provides neurorepairing, neuropromotive, and neuroprotective effects
- May assist in nerve regeneration and axonal recovery in cases of neuropathy

Indications:
- Diabetic neuropathy
- Alcoholic neuropathy
- Post-herpetic neuropathy and neuralgia
- Post-accidental neuropathy
- Post-operative neuropathy
- Sports injury-related neuropathy
Precautions:
- Single-use only; discard the ampoule after use
- Do not store for repeat administration
