Rexio-AP is a triple-action formulation designed to address inflammation, pain, and swelling. It is especially effective in musculoskeletal conditions due to its synergistic combination of anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and proteolytic enzyme components.
Mechanism of Action:
- Aceclofenac inhibits the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme, thereby blocking the synthesis of prostaglandins, mediators of inflammation and pain.
- Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, breaks down inflammatory exudates and fibrin deposits, facilitating tissue repair and faster healing.
- Paracetamol acts centrally on the pain pathway, reducing pain perception without causing significant gastric irritation.

Precautions:
- May cause gastric discomfort, nausea, or vomiting
- Should be used cautiously in patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency

- Hepatic risk: Use with caution in individuals with pre-existing liver conditions

Contraindications:
